Questions? We've got answers.
What genres is this pack good for?
Stranger Serum Synths is built around the sound of 80s sci-fi soundtracks: warm analog pads, haunting leads and nostalgic arps. It works perfectly for synthwave, film & game scoring, chillout, lofi, melancholic pop and emotional EDM. Basically anywhere a melody needs to feel like a memory.
What's the difference between Full, Presets Only, and Samples & MIDIs Only?
Full: all 50 Serum 2 presets (each with an embedded melody clip), 60 additional MIDI files and the exclusive Stranger Serum Synths Skin.
Presets Only: all 50 presets with their embedded melody clips. No extra MIDI files, no skin.
MIDIs Only: the 60 MIDI files, ready for any synth or DAW. No presets, no skin.
How do I install the skin?
Copy the skin folder into the “Skins” folder inside your Serum 2 presets directory, restart Serum 2 and select the skin from the menu. Takes less than a minute, and a short guide is included in the download.
Does the skin change the sound?
No. The skin only changes how Serum 2 looks. All presets sound exactly the same with or without it.
I already own STRANGER SERUM SYNTHS. Do I get the skin?
Yes! Every previous buyer will receive the skin for free via email in November. Didn’t get it? Just contact us and we’ll send it over.
Do I need Serum 2 to use this pack?
The presets are built specifically for Serum 2 and won't load in Serum 1 or other synths. The samples and MIDI files, though, are completely universal — drop them into any DAW or sampler, no Serum required.
How fast will I get my files?
Instant delivery. As soon as your payment goes through, your download link is ready and is being sent to you via E-Mail.
Can I use these sounds in commercial releases?
Yes — everything in this pack is 100% royalty-free. Use it in commercial releases, sync, streaming, or anywhere else, with no extra licensing fees.
What's your refund policy?
Since these are instant digital downloads, we're not able to offer refunds after your files are delivered — but if something's not right, just reach out and we'll always find a solution together. Full details in our Refund Policy.
