Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been completed and the download has started.
By completing a purchase on our website, you expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins immediately after payment and that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
